About Me
Miss Radhika Goenka is an Internationally Certified Career Counsellor & is Certified by NBI, South Africa & is an avid researcher.
She is an Inspirational & Motivational Counsellor who has been working with Schools, Colleges, Coaching Centre’s & Universities spread across the Nation & also has International Students.
She has an Expertise in Empowering Students & Graduates in helping them choose the Most suited Career Path through her Knowledge & Experience. She has been working with parents in understanding their child's behaviour and helping them improving their relationships.
To her credit She is the Youngest Whole Brain practitioner as she started learning when she was 12 years & her keen interest in understanding people’s behaviour made her attended 9 Whole Brain practitioner Training programs till 2019.
She has attended 3 International Creativity Conferences in South Africa, two times as a participant and once as an organiser, to harness her leadership skills.
Our Mission
At this incredibly young age, Miss Goenka has already worked with 54 schools and above 2500 Students.
In addition, she successfully Trained 1,50,000+ students under Government of India initiative of National Skill Development Corporation - Skill Sathi.
Along many other feathers to her cap, she was also nominated by NSDC - UNEVOC for National Youth Skill Day.
She has played a vital role in organizing and participating in 5 Women Leadership Development program organized by United Nations Global Compact Network India.
During her Graduation, she was the Management Head and Mentor at Delhi University.
She loves to play the synthesizer and has keen interest in Equestrian Sport.
Dancing gives her the energy to be all above and still surge forward for excellence!
